Returns: We gladly accept all return items previously sold by our company as long as the boxes and items are in new condition. All returned items or shipments must have a return authorization number before they will be accepted. All authorized return orders not due to our error will be charged a 15% restocking charge. Same Day Shipping: We will ship out all orders for stock items that we receive before 1:00 PM CST. Please request this service if you desire your order to be shipped the same business day. We are glad to check stock and all lead times. Sales Tax: Phoenix Pump, Inc. currently collects sales tax on non-exempt purchases in the following states: Arkansas, North Carolina, Texas, and Louisiana. If you are eligible for tax exempt status please submit a copy of your tax resale certificate so that we can maintain it on file for you.
